Just in time for football season, Caesars Sportsbook announced the release of the Same Game Parlay technology. They are a fun way for the recreational bettors to have a big sweat without having to worry bout multiple games.
Currently, this betting option is available only for NFL games and new users should see this automatically when they download the app. Whereas, existing users may need to update the app to see the functionality.
Most sportsbooks already offer parlay betting, where bettors compile multiple wagers on different events into a single bet. On the other hand, Same Game Parlays allow players to merge two or more bets from the same game into a single wager. Combining bets like this lengthens the odds, thus allowing bettors to maximize their potential payout.
Players must place the NFL Same Game Parlay wager before the event starts, as in-play is not available yet. Caesars users have access to hundreds of bet types such as team and player props, offering players unmatched bet selections on NFL games – with NBA, MLB, and NHL added soon.
In order to place a Same Game Parlay, bettor must hold a valid Caesars sportsbook account and must bet present within the state borders where the sportsbook is live.
Here is how you can wager Same Game Parlay on Caesars:
Let’s take a look at betting market available on a typical NFL game that can be included on Same Game Parlay at Caesars.
There are countless ways to build a Same Game Parlay. In addition to betting on the money line, spread, or total, you can add legs to the parlay by betting on player props like the over/under for passing yards, receiving yards, rushing yards, or who will score the first touchdown, different point totals by half or quarter, and even alternative spreads and totals.
Note that not all selections are able to be combined in the same bet.
Some player props have more than 5 selections. When that’s the case, the sportsbook displays the options in a list that only shows one team at a time. All you need to do is toggle between the two teams to select the player props you want. For any bets that include Alternative Spreads or Totals, use the slider to the desired amount before adding to your bet slip. Not to mention, these alt lines are available only for spreads and totals, not player props.
This is how a Same Game Parlay bet slip looks like. As soon as you pick eligible legs, they will be automatically added to the bet slip under the SGP option. Here, by entering the stake, the bet slip automatically calculates the payout with respect to the parlay odds.
Currently, the Same Game Parlay option is available only on NFL games. Very soon, bet selections across MLB, NBA, and NHL will be added.
Caesars Same Game Parlay wager can include a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 picks from a single game. If you add more than 10, you’ll only be able to bet on each leg as individual straight bets.
Caesars Same Game Parlay supports various betting options such as Moneyline, Spread, and Totals, as well as team, game and player props.
Unfortunately, Same Game Parlay is not available for Live, In-Play wagers. Also, one cannot combine Same Game Parlay with other parlay wagers.
Yes, you can place a SGP at Caesars sportsbook with Free Bets. Whereas, Profit Boosts and Cash Outs for SGP are not available yet.
If a pick within the SGP is canceled, then the entire Parlay Bet will be canceled. For instance, if your touchdown scorer pick does not take part in the game the entire wager will be canceled, regardless of the outcome of the other selections.
